Thriving hydraulic pump and fluid power repair manufacturer located in Chesterfield, MI is hiring a mechanically skilled person to serve as a Hydraulic Pump Repair Technician for their day shift. This is a long term evaluation to hire position with benefits upon permanent hire.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, up to $24.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Disassembles pumps, motors, controls, and subassemblies.
• Inspects all parts for conformance to specifications.
• Prepares written documentation of work to be performed.
• Assembles pumps, motors, valves, controls, and subassemblies.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and skills
• Experienced using common hand and power tools
• Automotive repair, mechanic, hydraulic, or machine repair experience
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma
