Manual Machinist

Located in Zelienople, PA

Salary: $24.20/hr

Express is seeking Manual Machinists for a company in Zelienople, PA! This role is responsible for setting up and operating milling machines, reviewing machining drawings, and ensuring all components are produced to precise quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Review job instructions, blueprints, and machining requirements

• Set up and operate milling machines for production

• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to improve results

• Ensure finished components meet required quality standards

• Enter job logs and information into the system

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste

• Follow all safety procedures and report potential safety concerns

• Participate in safety and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Combination of machining experience and training required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, machining drawings, and procedures

• Willingness to learn CNC programming

• Basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPE

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to learn and operate machine shop equipment, tools, and measuring devices

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

 

Pay:

• Starting at $24.50/hr
