Welder

Located in Zelienople, PA

Salary: $24.50

Express is seeking experienced Welders for a company in Zelienople, PA! This position is ideal for individuals with MIG, TIG, and Flux Core experience who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

 

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• - OR - 

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and welding specifications for each project

• Set up welding machines and required equipment

• Weld fabricated assemblies to required quality standards

• Perform quality checks to ensure weld integrity

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area (5S principles)

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and procedures

• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds

• Ability to pass AWS D1.1 welding qualifications (AWS D14.6 if applicable)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPE including respirators

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Pay:

• Starting at $24.50/hr
