Leasing Agent

Located in Morgantown, WV

Salary: $14.50/hr

An apartment complex in Morgantown is now seeking a Leasing Agent/Office Assistant to join their team. This company prides itself on helping their employees grow and learn, take on new challenges, and promote from within!

 

This position will be full time with hours Monday – Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm and rotating Saturdays from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Compensation starts at $14.50 + commission after training.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Answering phones and taking messages as needed
• Working with prospective clients to show available units on property
• Signing leases and collecting payments/cash handling
• Customer service including assisting tenants with any concerns
• Other administrative duties as assigned
  
  

Candidates interested in this position must:

• Preferably have prior experience in leasing or sales
• Be proficient with computers
• Possess excellent customer service skills and professionalism
• Be self-motivated with attention to detail
