Job Summary

The Database Sales Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and supporting the dealership’s customer and sales databases. This role ensures accurate data entry, assists the sales team with lead management, tracks customer interactions, and generates reports that help improve sales performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate customer, vehicle, and sales information.

  • Enter and verify sales leads, customer inquiries, and follow-up activities.

  • Support the sales team by organizing customer lists, lead assignments, and follow-up schedules.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the database.

  • Monitor data quality and correct errors or duplicate entries.

  • Assist with importing/exporting customer data for marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to track lead conversions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company data management policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, CRM management, or sales support.

  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and database management systems.

  • Fully Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)
