Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour + Bonuses ($100 per scheduled presentation with business owner)

 

 

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing B2B Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This role focuses on prospecting local businesses, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling confirmed meetings with business owners or key decision-makers.

This position is responsible for creating opportunities for the sales team and does not involve closing sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect local businesses through in-person visits, phone calls, and referrals
• Identify and connect with business owners or decision-makers
• Qualify leads by identifying basic business needs and level of interest
• Schedule confirmed appointments and presentations for the sales team
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement
• Confirm scheduled appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activity in CRM software
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business prospects

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
