🎯 Position Overview
Join a growing grocery retail team in Sisters, Oregon! We are currently hiring for multiple Grocery Retail Associate positions, including:
• Cashier
• Deli Clerk
• Produce Clerk
• Meat Clerk
• Overnight Freight Crew Stocker

🛠 Responsibilities
🤝 Customer Service & Front-End Operations
• Greet and assist customers with friendly and professional service
• Operate cash registers and accurately process transactions
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
• Bag groceries and assist customers when needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient checkout areas
🧀 Deli Department
• Prepare and package deli meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches
• Slice and portion products according to customer requests
• Stock and merchandise deli displays
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Safely operate deli equipment
🍎 Produce Department
• Receive, stock, rotate, and merchandise fresh produce
• Build attractive and organized produce displays
• Remove damaged, expired, or unsellable products
• Trim, clean, weigh, label, and price produce items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the department
🥩 Meat Department
• Receive and inspect meat products for quality and freshness
• Cut, trim, grind, wrap, and package products
• Stock displays and ensure proper inventory rotation
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations
🌙 Overnight Freight & Stocking
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise inventory throughout the store
• Complete price changes and shelf maintenance
• Ensure departments remain fully stocked and organized
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records
• Meet daily stocking and productivity goals
✅ Qualifications
• Previous retail, grocery, customer service, food service, deli, produce, meat department, or stocking experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts
💪 Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Lift 30-50 pounds, depending on department assignment
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Safely operate department-specific equipment and tools
