Shipping and Receiving Associates

Located in San Diego, CA

Salary: $20-$25/HR

Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for multiple clients across Miramar, Poway, Lakeside, and Rancho Bernardo. These roles are ideal for candidates with experience in structured warehouse or manufacturing environments — not general package handling.

We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who understand inventory processes, documentation, and system-based tracking.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency
• Verifying materials against Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Entering and tracking inventory data in ERP or warehouse management systems
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Preparing shipping documentation and maintaining organized records
• Loading/unloading materials with proper documentation and system tracking

What We Look for in Shipping & Receiving Professionals:

• 2+ years’ experience in Shipping & Receiving role preferred
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, at times up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours
• Experience with Netsuite
• Experience with RF scanner and warehouse data entry
• Can-do attitude and willingness to perform various duties as directed
• Forklift experience preferred

Pay Rate:   $20.00-$25.00/HR (depending on experience) 

Schedule:  M-F, 1^st Shift  (start times may vary)
