📌 Position 1: Production Associate
🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily manufacturing, quality control, food production, batching, machine operation, and plant sanitation activities. This role helps ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, assembly, or quality control and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
🛠 Responsibilities
• Assist with all quality control functions and documentation
• Support the QC Manager in processing and maintaining QC records
• Ensure raw materials are safely stored and properly segregated
• Monitor drying operations and verify procedures are followed
• Follow all quality control procedures outlined in the Quality Control Manual
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of machines, equipment, and plant areas
• Assist with machine calibration and routine maintenance activities
• Help maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment
• Operate a small forklift as needed
• Assist with training new employees
• Promote warehouse and production safety procedures
• Check out with supervisors before leaving each day
• Perform batching operations accurately according to specifications
• Operate mixers and follow required mixing procedures
• Operate the Vemag machine for wafer and soft chew production
• Read and follow batching instructions and production documents
• Clean machines, tools, and production areas after use
✅ Qualifications
• Knowledge of Katana software preferred
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and write at a high school level
• Experience supervising or training employees preferred
• Baking, food processing, food manufacturing, or food handling experience preferred

The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or food processing environment.

• Label products according to company specifications
• Weigh products to ensure proper portioning and quality standards
• Assemble shipping cases and packaging materials
• Palletize finished goods for storage and shipment
• Prepare products for distribution and shipment

• Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Adapt to changing production schedules and order volumes

✅ Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or food handling
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs intermittently
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
💪 Physical Requirements
• Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
