Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for multiple clients across Miramar, Poway, and Rancho Bernardo. Key Responsibilities May Include:
• Assembling electro-mechanical components using detailed instructions and specifications
• Reading and interpreting production drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Preparing and combining sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and hardware
• Positioning and aligning parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices
• Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Troubleshooting and reworking defective assemblies as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Properly using, maintaining, and storing tools for each operation

What We Look for in Electro-Mechanical Assemblers:

• High school diploma or GED
• Clear understanding of mechanical hardware (wrenches, screwdrivers, power tools, etc.) and proper methods
• Basic level knowledge of blueprints and Bill of Materials
• Requires ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must be available for overtime weekdays and Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate:   $20+/hour (depending on experience)
