We are looking for motivated and outgoing Call Center Representatives to join a growing team focused on home upgrades and wellness products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people, building excitement, and helping customers improve their homes.

Position Details:
Full-time position
Monday – Friday schedule
In-office position

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls with potential customers interested in home upgrades

• Educate customers on options

• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with the sales team

• Build rapport with customers and create interest in products

• Accurately document customer information in the system

• Maintain a positive and professional phone presence

Requirements:

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Friendly, energetic personality

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Comfortable speaking with customers and overcoming objections

• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask

• Reliable and dependable attendance
