We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers for a client in the Rochester area
to install, maintain, and repair roofing systems on commercial buildings. This role is ideal for someone with roofing or construction experience who works safely, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys working outdoors.
Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems
Remove damaged or old roofing materials
Install new roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal, slate, or other systems
Measure, cut, and shape roofing materials as needed
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow OSHA safety standards and local building codes
Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
Maintain clean and organized job sites and interact professionally with customers
Requirements
Experience in roofing, construction, or a related field
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to climb ladders and carry heavy materials
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred
Valid driver’s license
Experience safely working with ladders and roofing equipment
