Service Technician/Foreman – Roofing
We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician/Foreman for a client in the Rochester NY area to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various roofing systems.
This role is ideal for someone with roofing or construction experience who enjoys problem-solving and working in the field.
Responsibilities
Set up job sites, equipment, and scaffolding
Perform roof maintenance, repairs, and installations
Troubleshoot roofing issues and complete effective repairs
Communicate with the office and customers regarding job progress
Conduct roof inspections, take measurements, and document findings
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Work with team members to complete projects on time
Assist with resolving customer concerns
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Roofing or construction experience required
Experience supervising or leading field work preferred
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with basic computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Valid driver’s license required
