Job SummaryWe are hiring a Powder Coating Technician to prepare metal parts and apply powder coating finishes in a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on quality, safety, and meeting daily production goals.
Responsibilities
Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
Apply powder coating using spray equipment
Load and unload parts from racks and curing ovens
Inspect finished parts for quality and proper coverage
Maintain powder coating equipment and work area
Follow safety and production procedures
Qualifications
Previous powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
