This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of common areas and exterior spaces, supporting residents by ensuring the property remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. Part-Time Custodian Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, and shared spaces
• Maintain exterior areas of the property to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Perform trash removal and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
• Identify and report repair or maintenance needs to management
• Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment and use manual cleaning tools
• Use cleaning supplies and safety gear in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Part-Time Custodian Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience
• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment, manual tools, and cleaning supplies
• Ability to perform basic light maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and maintain cleanliness standards
