Administrative Assistant – Data Entry / Inbound Tracking
Pay: $23/hr DOE
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Express Employment Professionals of San Bernardino is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide support to office staff and management. This position will assist with tracking inbound shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations using Salesforce and Excel.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and experienced in a structured office environment. Because this is a long-standing opportunity they are looking for someone with recent administrative experience and a stable work history demonstrating longevity and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to office staff and management
• Assist with inputting and tracking inbound shipments
• Utilize Salesforce and Excel for data entry and record tracking
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and document preparation
• Support order processing, invoicing, and basic reporting tasks
• Maintain office organization and assist with general clerical duties as needed
MUST-HAVES
• 3+ years of recent, solid administrative experience
• Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred
• Strong data entry and record management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
