Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. (10 hour shift)
Pay: $18.50
Assignment Duration: 90–180 days (contract-to-hire)

Position Overview

Company is seeking reliable and motivated Flush Operators to join our production team. After an initial temporary employment period, strong performers will be eligible for full‑time hire with a pay increase, company uniform, and Red Wing work boots provided. Forklift certification will be provided onsite.

The Flush Operator plays a key role in ink‑pigment production and must work efficiently, safely, and accurately in a dirty, industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights on elevated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, load, and offload materials into computer‑driven mixers for ink preparation.
• Follow production specifications, process instructions, and quality standards.
• Perform error‑proofing checks and identify potential defect areas.
• Monitor cycle times and measure output to meet performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping requirements.
• Work efficiently to support production flow and minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift experience required; onsite certification provided.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to pass:
  • 9‑panel drug screen
  • 7‑year state and county background check
  • Fit‑for‑duty strength test at Athletico (post‑interview)
• Must have 3 years of employment history.
• Must be comfortable working with heights and performing physical labor.
• Must be able to work in a dirty, pigment‑based manufacturing environment.
