A local property management organization is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep and repair of residential properties. This role focuses heavily on plumbing repairs and general maintenance while assisting with a variety of facility and building maintenance tasks.
Candidates with plumbing experience are strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential properties
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including leaks, fixtures, and basic pipe repairs
Assist with basic HVAC, electrical, and structural maintenance tasks
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Complete work orders and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance needs
Maintain safe and clean work areas while following safety procedures
Perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned
Strong plumbing knowledge preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural systems
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to follow direction and work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with no restrictions required
Candidates with plumbing experience but limited experience in other areas will still be considered.
Ability to lift, move, and carry tools and equipment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
Manual dexterity for handling tools and repair equipment
