Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in the City of Industry, CA. This role is critical in managing data accurately, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating seamless communication. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working with customers and data, this opportunity is for you!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00 PM

Salary: $20.00- $23.00 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Prepare, input, and verify data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all records.
• Order Management: Process and review sales orders for accuracy; resolve issues like down payments or shipping terms.
• Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on order details, including weights, dimensions, and tracking info for domestic and international shipments.
• Issue Resolution: Document and communicate status updates on late deliveries or pending orders.
• Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks and assist other departments when needed.
• Record Maintenance: Update customer accounts and maintain secure and accurate files for orders and data.
• Software Utilization: Manage data through Excel, Word, and Outlook while adhering to company policies on confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
