Position Overview:
We are seeking two dependable Robotic Welder/Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Lancaster, SC. In this role, you will operate and support automated welding systems to produce high-quality metal components in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for individuals with welding experience or strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with advanced manufacturing technology.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate robotic or automated welding systems to complete production welds.

• Load and unload metal parts into welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment before welding begins.

• Monitor welding cycles and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Use teach pendants or control panels to support basic programming and adjustments to welding paths when required.

• Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with robotic welding, MIG welding, or automated manufacturing equipment preferred.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn robotic welding controls or programming.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing facility utilizing automated welding technology and robotics.

• Work may involve welding stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal alloys.

• Safety equipment and procedures are required in the production environment.
