Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:  $18.50 per hour

Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

• Deliver exceptional, positive customer service with enthusiasm
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer requests with professionalism
• Handle multiple tasks at once without losing your smile
• Use computer systems, databases, and communication tools efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, creativity, and empathy
• Provide accurate information in a friendly, easy-to-understand manner
• Support team members and contribute to a fun, collaborative work environment
