Payroll Specialist

Location: Spring Grove, OH

Compensation: $23.50/hr

Requirements

• Experience processing payroll in a professional business environment.

• Hands-on experience using SAP or similar payroll/ERP systems.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Enter, review, and maintain payroll data in SAP, including employee hours, deductions, and adjustments.

• Verify payroll information to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Maintain organized payroll records and assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed.

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure employee payroll information is current and accurate.
