Job Title: Light Industrial Worker – Jewelry Production

Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: M-F 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Light Industrial Workers to join our jewelry production team. In this role, you will assist with the plating process by carefully racking and unracking jewelry pieces and supporting various production tasks to ensure high-quality finished products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Rack and unrack jewelry pieces in preparation for the plating process
• Assist with plating and finishing processes following company procedures
• Inspect jewelry items for quality and consistency
• Handle delicate jewelry pieces with care to prevent damage
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support additional production or packaging tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or light industrial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate items
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Good vision and fine motor skills for handling small jewelry components
