Express is looking for NDT INSPECTORS for one of our great Valdosta clients.

In this role, you will perform non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to ensure precision metal components meet strict quality and customer specifications. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity and safety throughout the manufacturing process.

NDT Inspector Requirements:

• Perform non-destructive testing methods including Magnetic Particle (MT), Dye Penetrant (PT), and Visual Inspection (VT)

• Inspect precision hardware such as bushings, fasteners, and drill guides

• Conduct inspections after machining, heat treatment, and finishing processes

• Identify surface or internal flaws in metal parts

• Maintain and calibrate NDT testing equipment

• Adhere to AS9100 and ISO quality requirements

• Collaborate with production and plating teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues

• Complete work safely with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Pay: $15/hr

NDT Inspector Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Technical or trade certification preferred

• Prior experience in manufacturing, metal finishing, or plating highly valued

• NDT Level I or Level II certification is a strong plus

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
