Pay rate: 26/hr. 

Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE location is seeking a reliable PT Accounts Receivable Specialist to support invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule after the first 60 days.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections

• Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due invoices

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred

• NetSuite or ERP system experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems

Schedule:
Onsite during the first 60 days, then hybrid schedule available 16-20 hours per week.
