Job Title: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician.
Location: Spartanburg.
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Occasional overtime on Fridays).
Pay: $17–$18 per hour.

Job Overview:
A food production warehouse in Spartanburg is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to grow their skills in maintenance and equipment repair. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable performing general maintenance tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment and machinery

• Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment

• Help troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues

• Maintain and repair basic facility components (lights, fixtures, doors, etc.)

• Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized

• Support the maintenance team with projects and equipment upkeep

• Follow all safety and food production guidelines

Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance or mechanical knowledge preferred (but not required)

• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools

• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or mechanical work is a plus
