Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Benchman to join our industrial maintenance team within a dynamic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will support the seamless functioning of production equipment and contribute to the overall safety and productivity of our facility. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, HVAC systems, and electrical components.
• Weld and Fabricate on equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly.
• Programing and troubleshooting machines(CNC Skills )
• Repair or replace defective parts on machinery such as welding units, HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments like ammeters, ohmmeters, and low voltage testers to diagnose electrical faults accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset history.
• Support field service operations by conducting on-site repairs and installations at various manufacturing locations.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide expert advice on equipment specifications and customer needs related to industrial mechanics and electrical systems.

Experience

• Proven experience working in an industrial or manufacturing facility with a focus on maintenance or repair roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques for hydraulics, welding ( welding), HVAC/R, and high/low voltage electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician tasks, and the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely with high voltage equipment and adhere to industry safety standards.
• Previous field service experience supporting manufacturing operations or industrial clients is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with analysis skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Must have Welding Experience
• Must have CNC Machining Experience
• Military background or experience in related technical roles is considered an asset due to disciplined approach and technical expertise.
