Team Lead/Supervisor

1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm EST (Mon-Fri)

Wage: Based on experience

 

Job Responsibilities: Optimizes efficiency of production associates by taking direction from management; provide management with data-based feedback regarding timing of projects and any issues.

 

Skills Required: Ability to read tape measure, blueprints & diagrams, write simple correspondence, effectively present information to top management & other employees of the organization in one-on-one &/or small group situations,  read, comprehend, and apply common sense

 

Qualities Required: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

 

Physical Requirements: Will be regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear, occasionally required to sit, regularly lift &/or move up to 50 pounds.
