Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing supply chain data within the NetSuite ERP system. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to support supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and maintaining supply chain data integrity

• Running and maintaining the Material Analysis File (manual MRP tool)

• Auditing new item setups to ensure all required data elements are correct

• Performing CSV uploads for Supply Chain and Customer Service teams

• Developing and maintaining dashboards and metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Backorders, and Inventory Accuracy

• Collaborating with teams to ensure BOM accuracy and proper unit of measure data

• Supporting reporting and automation using NetSuite and Power BI

• Assisting with vendor setups and inventory data management

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP

• Experience managing ERP data quality or governance

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Sales data relationships

• 2–3 years of experience using analytics tools such as Power BI

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
