Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duties:

Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned customers, ensuring all needs are met within defined service‑level expectations.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships through consistent, professional, and proactive communication.
Manage incoming customer requests, questions, and issues with accuracy, urgency, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Coordinate closely with commercial, scheduling, operations, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order processing and on‑time delivery.
Monitor order status, inventory availability, and production timelines to keep customers informed and prevent service disruptions.
Identify potential service challenges early and take action to resolve or escalate as appropriate.
Maintain detailed and organized customer records, order information, and communication logs.
Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to track activity, analyze customer needs, and support continuous improvement.
Support customer onboarding, product education, and ongoing engagement to ensure a positive customer experience.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or similar environment (preferred).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowing when to call, email, or schedule a meeting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
