Line Cook (3pm - 11pm, 18/hr, full-time)

Premium Steak House in Gainesville is seeking a Line Cook on 2nd shift for a temp-to-hire role. The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items accounting to brand recipes and standards. Position works in a team environment to ensure food is prepared consistently, safely, and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work station.

 

Shift is 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Candidates must be available to work any day of the week, with weekends being the busiest time.

 

Qualifications
- 1+ year of Line Cook experience, fine dining experience is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Works well as part of a team and can communicate effectively with teammates
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required

 

Position starts at 18/hr and has a great opportunity for permanent hire.
