This role involves transporting and loading oilfield equipment using a winch truck, ensuring loads are properly secured, and safely delivering equipment to and from job sites while following all DOT and company safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL winch truck to transport equipment and materials

• Load and unload equipment using the winch and rigging equipment

• Secure loads properly using chains, binders, and straps

• Transport equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Maintain accurate driver logs and DOT documentation

• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations

• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and crew members as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license required

• Previous winch truck experience required

• Knowledge of load securement and oilfield equipment transport

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work 60 hours per week with a flexible schedule

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks

• Safety-focused and dependable
