Job Title: Hotel Transportation Coordinator (Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Windsor - Temporary)

 

Schedule: Thursday 3/19: 2 shifts available 3:30 AM - 5:30 AM & 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM 

 

Pay: $22.50 per hour plus mileage and cell phone stipend

 

Description: Our client needs Hotel Transportation Coordinators to greet healthcare professionals at their Hotel and direct them to their assigned buses to their worksite. It requires a friendly presence, clear communication, and comfort working in a busy environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet professionals at arrival points and confirm their transportation details

• Direct individuals or groups to the correct bus/shuttle

• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure smooth passenger flow

• Maintain check-in lists, signage, and other greeting materials

Qualifications or Requirements:

• In-Office Training
• Smart phone use (daily allowance paid) and WhatsApp
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand and move around the terminal for extended periods
• Reliability and punctuality
• Experience in hospitality or transportation support is helpful
