Express Employment Professionals is searching for a highly motivated Employment Specialist to join our East Indianapolis team. This position is focused on recruiting and building the supply of people available to fill job orders for our client companies. With 7 locations in the Indy Metro area, Express is the leader in the Human Resource and Employment Staffing Industry and is the largest privately owned staffing company in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Work with our clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
Receive and fill job orders with urgency.
Recruit, interview, test and reference check applicants to determine placement potential.
Support the growth of our business with inside sales efforts to increase client usage.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Onboard new employees
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Skills/Requirements:

Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals.
Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience.
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong character; committed to doing the right thing and treating people with kindness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High energy level
Detail oriented
