Salary: $28-$33/hr

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems. This position requires a dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and recommended repairs
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)
