Front Desk Receptionist

 

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for a resort property in the Key Largo area. The ideal candidate is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience. This is a full-time position with long-term opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure; manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently using the property management system
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments; answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate billing records; coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally; provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and events; maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Schedule & Pay: 

  • Full Time | Schedule based on resort operational needs
  • Competitive pay based on experience | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality, hotel, or front desk experience preferred
  • Previous customer service or resort experience a plus; familiarity with property management systems an advantage
  • English required, strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
