Accounting Clerk / Assistant Position - Temporary Project

Salary: $24.04 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Temporary Accounting Clerk / Assistant position with an Engineering and Construction Company. This position will pay $24.04 / hour, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. This is a temporary project through September 2027.
Responsibilities:

• Organize and submit payment reports electronically for invoices and credit card receipts daily
• Register in QuickBooks - approximately 50 per week
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year of Accounting experience
• Must have QuickBooks experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication
• Pays attention to details
