Position: Supply Chain Data Specialist

Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing supply chain data within the NetSuite ERP system. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to support supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain supply chain data integrity

• Run and maintain the Material Analysis File (manual MRP tool)

• Audit new item setups to ensure all required data elements are accurate

• Perform CSV uploads for Supply Chain and Customer Service teams

• Develop and maintain dashboards and key metrics including Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Backorders, and Inventory Accuracy

• Collaborate with teams to ensure BOM accuracy and correct unit of measure data

• Support reporting and automation using NetSuite and Power BI

• Assist with vendor setups and inventory data management

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP

• Experience managing ERP data quality or governance

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Sales data relationships

• 2–3 years of experience using analytics tools such as Power BI

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
