Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage and grow our company’s online presence. This role is responsible for building and managing websites, implementing SEO strategies, managing social media platforms, and ensuring our business ranks highly on Google and other search platforms, including emerging AI search tools.

The primary goal of this position is to generate consistent inbound leads, so the phones keep ringing and our crew remain busy. This role will also assist in promoting new service locations and supporting the office team with strategies to help expand and grow the business.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and maintain company websites with a focus on performance and lead generation
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings on Google and other search platforms
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles and local SEO listings
• Manage company social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement
• Ensure the company maintains visibility in AI search results and modern search platforms
• Monitor website analytics, search rankings, and marketing performance metrics
• Generate and manage inbound lead funnels through digital marketing channels
• Assist in promoting and launching new service locations online
• Collaborate with office staff to support marketing initiatives that drive company growth
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, SEO updates, and best practices

 

Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website management
• Strong understanding of local SEO and ranking service-based businesses on Google
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles
• Experience managing business social media platforms and campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently
