Project Coordinator

Located in Middleton, WI

Salary: $20/hr

One of our clients in Middleton is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their staff!

This company is an IT services consulting firm, but no technical experience required.

 

These are 3- 6 month project roles, with potential for long term hire after completing probationary period, based on business need and performance.

 

 

Main Duties:

• Project Management
  • Executes project work plans as defined by the Project Manager.
  • Effectively applies our methodology and project standards.
  • Follows quality assurance procedures.
  • Effectively participates in team meetings.
• Ensures applicable project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Project Accounting: Tracks and reports partner hours and expenses.
• Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for their project portion.
• Client/Partner Management
• Independent discretion to procure services from partners.
• Resolves and / or escalates issues in a timely fashion. All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and ability to use Internet and Intranet for communication and research.
• Understands service pricing models and billing procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma, Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred.

 

Schedule: FT day shift role, 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

 

Pay: $20/hour starting
