We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join a metal fabrication company in the Brampton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality control standards.

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay: $24-$25/hour

Full benefits after probationary period

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, including Fanuc and other control systems
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to produce accurate parts
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment and press machines
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the machining process to maintain high standards
• Adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and precision
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as packaging finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks when required

Skills

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a valid reference from a previous employer
• Experience with editing programs would be an asset
