Salary: 23.00/hr+

Manufacturer in the Mississauga area is looking for a customer service representative to join their organization on a temporary to permanent basis.  This role is ideal for anyone with 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service role within the manufacturing and/or distribution industry. 

 

What’s Offered:

 

  • $22/hr.+ (Depending on experience)
  • In Office – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting customers via phone, email and online portals
  • Entering customer service orders in the systems
  • Responding to inquiries regarding shipment updates, quoting/pricing, providing updates and product information
  • Working with production team to ensure orders are being shipped in a timely manner and updating customers of any foreseeing issues
  • Work with graphics team to ensure customer files are received and are correct for production
  • Work with sales team to ensure new clients are onboard smoothly
  • Other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must have 2-3 years of customer service experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Previous working with ERP systems
  • Must be able to work in office for 5 days/week
