Job Title:  Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:  $15.00 per hour

Hours:  Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

 

Local company looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both languages.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Document interactions and update customer records in our system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
