About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with multiple fabrication and manufacturing companies seeking experienced TIG Welders across all shifts. Whether you prefer precision stainless work, aluminum TIG, job-shop fabrication, or production welding, completing Express’s quick onboarding gives you access to roles you won’t find on public job boards.
What You’ll Do
- TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and weld symbols
- Fit, align, and tack components prior to welding
- Perform quality checks on welds and finished parts
- Use grinders, fabrication tools, and measurement equipment
- Maintain safe, clean workspace and follow shop procedures
What You Bring
- 3+ years of TIG welding experience
- Ability to pass a TIG weld test
- Strong understanding of stainless and/or aluminum TIG
- Blueprint reading and fabrication knowledge
- Reliable, safety‑minded work habits
Nice-to-Haves
- MIG welding experience
- Fabrication or fitting background
- AWS or other welding certifications
Tools & Equipment Used
- TIG welding units
- Grinders, clamps, weld tables, fabrication hand tools
