Receiving & Inventory Associate – First Shift

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Transfer products between buildings and departments
• Receive shipments, pull packing slips, and compare them to purchase orders
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Operate a forklift, hand truck, or dolly (training provided)
• Safely load and unload trucks after forklift certification
• Unpack, inspect, and record incoming shipments; report issues to Purchasing
• Communicate verified shipment quantities to Accounting
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory
• Assist with annual physical inventory
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately
• Verify customer returns
• Complete filing, data entry, and administrative support
• Maintain a clean dock and receiving area
• Assist in training team members as assigned
• Follow all safety and company procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory work
• Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory documents
• Comfort using material-handling equipment (forklift training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

Schedule & Pay

• Location: 11880 Borman Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63146
• Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday–Friday
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay: Earn up to $18.00/hr
• Benefits: Weekly pay, optional health/vision/dental, 401(k), on-the-job training
