Installer – Doors & Closet Systems 

Position Overview

The Installer is responsible for the precise installation of custom doors and closet systems in residential settings. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while providing an excellent customer experience. Full training is provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Install custom doors and closet systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Follow all safety protocols, jobsite rules, and company standards.

• Confirm parts, stock inventory, and assist with material handling as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn — full training provided on our installation process.

• Strong social skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

• Closet organizer installation experience is a plus.

• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Language: English required; bilingual ability is a plus.

• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (Excel not required).

• Equipment: Will be trained to operate a forklift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials as needed.

• Comfortable working in a variety of residential environments.

• Physical duties similar to pulling — lifting, climbing, verifying parts, and stocking inventory.
