Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead onsite operations within a customer facility. This role oversees a team of associates, drives program growth, ensures strong customer relationships, and manages daily activities to meet operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong supply chain knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and proven experience managing people and processes in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage onsite integrated supply teams, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure profitability by managing the site’s P&L and achieving or exceeding budget targets.
• Drive all contractual performance commitments, including customer cost‑savings initiatives and KPI expectations.
• Maintain strong, proactive customer service and resolve issues with urgency.
• Ensure customer adherence to agreed payment terms.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications
Required:

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, industrial/wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or a related field (indirect materials experience preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to recognize manufacturing applications where supply solutions can provide cost savings.
• Proven customer relationship‑building skills.
• Solid financial and business acumen, including experience managing P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to learn company-specific software and systems quickly.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of staff management experience with a successful track record of leading teams.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Work environment may include non–temperature‑controlled areas (extreme heat or cold).
• Ability to work in dusty environments and handle hazardous materials with proper PPE.
• May require forklift or warehouse equipment certification (written and driving).
• Shift schedules may vary or rotate; overtime, extended hours, evenings, or weekends may be required with limited notice.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. with assistance following safety procedures.
• Regular physical activity required, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
• Must meet vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% travel throughout Kentucky and Tennessee.
