Job Title: General Laborer – Growth Opportunity into Operations Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Transitions to night shift once trained)
Starting Pay: $18/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Move and install miners safely and accurately

• Ensure miners are installed according to specifications

• Use hand and power tools including screwdrivers, drills, and pliers

• Perform tasks requiring walking, standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Support operations while learning technical skills

• Gain experience with tech hardware, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel

What We’re Looking For:

• Technically minded individuals who enjoy working with their hands

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to read and write in English

• Physical stamina to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
