Customer Service / Appointment Setter – 1st Shift – $18–$24/hr

We are hiring a Customer Service Appointment Setter to support our scheduling and outbound calling operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, staying organized, and managing a fast-paced workflow.

What You’ll Do
Make 100–150 outbound calls each day to schedule appointments
Manage calendars, confirmations, and follow-up communication
Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and email to organize customer information
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Provide friendly, professional support during each customer conversation
Work with internal teams to ensure appointments are properly scheduled

What You Need
Customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
