Loan Processing Clerk

 

We are looking for experienced Loan Processing Clerks to enter loan data into the financial

institution computer system with appropriate file updates. Will assemble verified loan documents for accuracy and thoroughness.

Must have experience in the following:

• Experience with TRID
• Process applications and associated documents from individuals applying for

loans and credit

• Call or write credit bureaus, employers, and personal references to check

credentials and prepare credit reports

• Verify credit limits based on predetermined standards and consider factors

such as applicant’s assets, credit experiences, and personal references

• Enter data from loan applications and documents into the computer system
• Focus on customer satisfaction and use good organizational and problem[1]solving skills
• Must have knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and established

lending guidelines to perform job function
